Potatoes A La Harriet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Idaho potatoes
    2 cartons whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Parboil the potatoes.
    Let potatoes become cold and then grate in casserole dish.
    Pour in whipping cream and add butter, salt and pepper.
    Mix.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are done. Best when potatoes are not too soft.
    Serves 4.
