Evelyn Barrett'S Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook in double boiler.
    Simmer 3 hours.
    Makes about 1 quart.
