Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. salad oil (1 c. vegetable and 1 c. olive oil)
1 onion, grated
3/4 c. vinegar (white)
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Beat together in blender while pouring salad oil and olive oil slowly.
Serve with fresh spinach, leaf lettuce or raw cauliflower.
Top salad with shredded Muenster cheese.
Yields 2 1/2 pints.
