Chocolate Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except vanilla.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1 minute.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat until thick enough to spread.
    Spread on cake and cool.
    Cover and store in refrigerator (enhances taste).
