Hamburg Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 can tomato soup
    1 onion, minced
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Turn into a loaf pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
