Sausage Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pkg. biscuit mix
8 oz. ground Italian sausage
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
water chestnuts, cut into quarters

Preparation

Combine and shape into 1 1/4-inch size balls.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 2 dozen.
