Lucy'S Magic Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded natural Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. chopped ham or shrimp
    1 pastry shell
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Add half and half, eggs, ham and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
    Makes 6 servings.
