Curry Glaze(Double For Large Amounts Of Chicken) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
6 slices bacon, finely chopped, fry out well and drain off fat
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. chili powder (only 1, don't double for double recipe)
1 can condensed beef broth
2 Tbsp. applesauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (only 2, don't double for double recipe)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, then simmer, uncovered, stirring often, about 15 minutes or until thickened.
