Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 c. long grain rice, cooked
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a non-stick skillet, saute onion, peppers, garlic, basil and pepper until tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce.
    Add beans, rice and vinegar.
    Heat through.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4.
