Crunchy Pea Salad(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and drained
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. radishes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. green onions, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper (preferably white pepper)
Preparation
    Combine peas, celery, radishes and onions in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and fold into the vegetables.
    Chill overnight, covered.
