Elephant Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2,683 lb. elephant meat
    932 pt. brown gravy
    846 lb. potatoes (weigh after peeling; prefer new potatoes)
    437 lb. carrots (after peeling)
    71 lb. 4 oz. pepper
    2 rabbits (optional)
Preparation
    Cut elephant meat into small bite size pieces.
    Add enough brown gravy to cover; bring to a slow boil.
    Stir constantly, adding 2 ounces of salt per hour.
    After 9 days and 4 hours, add cut up potatoes and carrots.
    Simmer 17 hours longer.
    Serves approximately 6,837 guests.
    If more stew is needed, the 2 rabbits may be added, but only if necessary since most people don't like finding hare in their stew.
