Crab Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. imitation crab meat
    6 oz. shredded Jack cheese
    1 c. salsa
    1 c. each chopped celery and onion
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    8 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine crab meat, cheese, onion, celery, spices and half of the salsa.
    Mix.
    Spoon about 1/3 cup down center of tortilla. Roll.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Use all 8 tortillas.
    Put remaining salsa on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
