Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. warm water
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Beat warm water and egg yolks until creamy.
    Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
    Beat in butter until smooth.
