Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    pinch of ginger
    pinch of grated orange rind
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. (10 oz.) mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and soda together. Add sugar, ginger and orange rind. Cut butter into mixture. Add potatoes and buttermilk. Add milk slowly and knead
    to right consistency. Pat out 1/2-inch thick on cutting board. Cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch circles. Dot with fork. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes.
