Potato Chip Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. potato chips (any kind)
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Cut in butter until it resembles crumbs.
Add eggs and sugar and mix well.
Add vanilla and potato chips.
Drop from a teaspoon onto cookie sheet 1/2 inch apart, patting very thin with back of spoon and bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
