Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 well beaten eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained (slices or halves)
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Make a well in the center of dry ingredients; add eggs and oil, then stir only until moist.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Spoon into 2 lightly greased 8-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Let stand to cool before slicing. May be frozen.
    Serve as a breakfast bread or dessert after dinner.
