Wild Rice And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. long grain wild rice
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 c. half and half or Coffee Rich
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
Preparation
    Cook rice as per directions on the box.
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Saute onion until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add half and half and chicken broth until thick.
    Add chicken and rice.
    Spray 2-quart dish with Pam.
    Add chicken and rice.
    Cook uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
