Creole Style Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can cut beans, drained
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
    Add onions and green pepper to 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.
    Cook until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add tomatoes and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add the beans and heat.
    Top with bacon and serve. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
