No-Crust Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
3 extra large eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. dairy sour cream
strawberries, raspberries or other fruit of your choice
Preparation

Beat together cheese, 2/3 cup of the sugar, eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of the vanilla until smooth.
Pour mixture into buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until puffy and brown around edges.
When done, it should spring back when lightly touched in the center.
Cool cheesecake at room temperature 20 minutes.
It will sink slightly during this period.
