Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients and set aside.
    Beat eggs lightly in large bowl.
    Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until creamy. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Stir only until all is moist.
    Spoon into two pans (9 x 5 x 2-inch).
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely.
