Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
3 large eggs
3 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups raw apples, diced
1 1/2 cups nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Mix in order and bake at 320 degrees for approximately 1 hour in tube pan.
