Hungarian Goulash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions, finely sliced
    2 lb. beef shoulder or neck
    parsley for garnish
    4 tomatoes (concasser)
    2 lb. potatoes, diced (raw)
    4 bell peppers, julienne
    3 qt. brown stock
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Saute onions in bacon fat.
    Add bell peppers and paprika. Saute beef shoulder until golden.
    Add to onions in saute pan. Add beef stock.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Add diced potatoes and cook. Serves 10.
