Fruit Sauces - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut up
    1 c. coconut milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. rum
Preparation
    Blend pineapple, coconut milk, sugar and run in food processor until smooth.
    Spoon over sherbet or ice cream.
    Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
