Tomato-Mozzarella Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium-size tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 pkg. or bunch fresh basil leaves (in produce section of market)
    4 oz. olive oil
    2 oz. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in quarters, cut cheese in small slices and add olive and vinegar dressing, salt and pepper and basil leaves. Toss and serve.
    Serves 4.
