Pineapple Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
18 oz. can pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/16 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
3 beaten egg whites
Preparation

Thoroughly cream shortening and sugar; add pineapple and vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately.
Fill cupcake pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
