Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (not pie filling)
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation

Thoroughly mix the first four ingredients.
Gradually add in the sifted dry ingredients. When well blended, fold in 3/4 cup chopped walnuts and 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Bake in a greased and floured pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool for 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
