Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. raw zucchini, grated
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together.
    Stir in oil and vanilla.
    In separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
    Blend contents of the 2 bowls.
    Blend in mixture of grated zucchini and nuts.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
