Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. beans
    1/2 lb. salt pork
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Soak the beans overnight.
    Put half into bean pot.
    Put the salt pork in center, then put the rest of the beans on top.
    Add sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, molasses and 6 cups cold water. Cover and put in an oven at 325\u00b0 for 8 hours, adding more water when necessary.
