Broiled Potato Chips(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small to medium white or red potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. natural soy sauce
    salt or cayenne pepper or Italian seasonings to taste or any spice of your choice
Preparation
    Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
    Mix the oil and the soy sauce and whisk until blended.
    Using either a pastry brush or a spray bottle, brush or spray the slices on both sides lightly. Lay the slices on a baking sheet.
    Do not overlap.
    Broil at the middle level for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
    Turn and broil for 3 to 5 more minutes until golden.
    Broiling time will vary, so watch the chips.
    Dark chips will be bitter.
    Season to taste, if desired.
    If made in advance, chips can be reheated in the oven.
