Dad'S Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat mix (ground round, pork, veal)
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs, moistened
    4 eggs or substitute
    1 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced fine
    4 or 5 sprigs fresh parsley, snipped
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients well; shape into small to medium size balls.
    Brown on all sides in skillet in olive oil.
    Cook in favorite tomato sauce recipe.
