Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Stir sugar, salt, syrup and peanuts.
    Cook on High 4 minutes. Remove.
    Stir, then cook 4 more minutes on High.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Cook 2 minutes on High.
    Add baking soda quickly; stir until light and foamy.
    Pour into a lightly greased cookie sheet very thin.
    When completely cool, break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
    Do not double.
