Ingredients

7 lb. butter
5 lb. brown sugar
3 1/2 lb. granulated sugar
28 eggs
9 qt. flour
1/2 c. soda
1 3/4 gal. rolled oats (quick cooking)
2 Tbsp. salt
3 qt. coconut
1/2 c. vanilla
1 3/4 gal. Rice Krispies
1 qt. walnuts
Preparation

Cream together in a 30-quart mixer the first 3 ingredients. Add eggs to mixture.
Blend in flour, soda and salt.
Add oats and coconut; mix well.
Add last 3 ingredients.
Beat only enough to blend.
Place 5 rows by 7 rows on an 18 x 26 x 1-inch sheet pan, using a #30 scoop.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Yields 525 cookies.
