Melt-In-Your-Mouth Sausages - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian sausages
    48 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 large green pepper, sliced thin
    1 large onion, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Put sausages in skillet and cover with water.
    Simmer until done and drain.
    Put rest of ingredients into a crock-pot.
    Add sausages.
    This can be served over spaghetti so cut sausages in chunks or can be served in a bun as a sandwich with sausages sliced.
    Cover in crock-pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
    Increase to high and cook 1 hour more.
