Chutney Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. finely chopped chutney (I prefer to use the bottled \"Major Grey's\" available at most large supermarkets)
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped chives or green onion tops
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, sherry, curry and salt; blend well. Stir in chutney; chill. Turn into dish; top with chives. Serve with choice of crackers as a dip.
