Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
1 lb. shredded cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 medium onion, chopped
5 jalapenos, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Put in 9 x 13 sprayed dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
