Ingredients

2 sq. chocolate
2 Tbsp. hot milk
1 1/2 c. snipped coconut (or Angel coconut)
2 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter.
Add milk and sugar to chocolate mixture and stir.
Add coconut.
Press in pan.
Let set in refrigerator a few minutes before adding filling.
