Cauliflower Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
    Drain well; set aside.
    Combine eggs, milk, sharp cheese, butter, parsley, minced onion, salt and pepper.
    Arrange cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish; cover with egg mixture.
    Top with buttered crumbs and remaining grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until custard is set.
    Serves 4.
