Easy Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. Japanese Bread crumbs or substitute fat-free Premium saltine crackers, finely crushed
    1 lb. (3 c.) crab meat (shell and cartilage removed)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 eggs lightly beaten
    1 stick butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine egg with bread crumbs, mustard and mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
    Fold in crab meat and shape into cakes.
    Coat with additional crumbs and refrigerate for one hour or until ready to cook.
    Saute in butter (no substitute) over medium heat for about three minutes per side or until delicately browned.
