Coconut-Honey Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
    1/4 c. vanilla yogurt
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. shredded coconut
    1 tsp. freshly grated orange rind
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
    Serve with bite-sized fruit pieces, melon balls, berries, etc.
