Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced zucchini
1 lb. cut up Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. flour
1 small can drained green chilies
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Partially cook the zucchini.
Drain and put into baking dish. Mix with all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
Dot all on top with butter and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
