Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 Tbsp. grated onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 jar pimento, cut fine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. cream style corn
2 c. scalded milk
Preparation

Put eggs in a large bowl; beat for 1 minute.
Add onions, green peppers, pimento, sugar, salt, butter and cream corn.
Slowly adding scalded milk, beat until well blended.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325\u00b0 moderately slow oven about 50 minutes.
This is really delicious.
