Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and flour.
Mix well.
Add pineapple with juice.
Stir until combined.
Fold in carrots.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
