Ham And Cheese And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked ham
    2 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. process American cheese spread, cubed (8 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields about 4 to 6 servings.
