Pumpkin Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham cracker crust
16 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. pumpkin
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar; pour over graham cracker crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Mix gelatin and warm water; set aside.
Cook the rest of ingredients on stove until thick.
Add gelatin mixture.
Beat egg whites and add pumpkin mixture to egg whites.
Let set and top with whipped cream.
