Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated, unpared zucchini squash
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped dates (optional)
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix together 3 cups flour, cinnamon, soda, baking powder and salt.
    In mixer bowl, beat eggs well.
    Gradually add sugar and oil; beat until well mixed.
    Add vanilla and half the dry ingredients.
    Add remaining dry ingredients and zucchini, mixing by hand.
