Rhubarb Honey Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. toasted bread cubes
    2 c. corn flakes
    4 c. diced fresh rhubarb
Preparation
    Blend shortening, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons honey, vanilla and nutmeg.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Stir in bread cubes and corn flakes. Spread rhubarb in 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish; top with remaining 3/4 cup honey.
    Cover with corn flake mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until rhubarb is done.
