Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. rhubarb
1 tsp. butter
3 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Pour boiling water over rhubarb and let stand 5 minutes. Drain; add sugar and flour and mix well.
Add egg yolks beaten with the water and butter.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in moderate oven; cover with meringue made with egg whites and brown.
