Jeanne'S Breakfast Brunch Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. cubed ham
    1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    diced onions (optional)
    asparagus (optional)
    broccoli (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare 5 slices of bread in a 9 x 10-inch buttered dish. Sprinkle in cheese and ham.
    Mix eggs, milk, 1/4 cup butter, salt and mustard.
    Pour over ham and cheese; sprinkle rest of bread cubes.
    Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
