Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. cold milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 dash nutmeg
Preparation
    Put egg, sugar and milk in saucepan.
    Mix with wire whisk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until egg mixture coats whisk.
    Don't boil or mixture will curdle.
    Pour in a glass bowl.
    Refrigerate.
    Before serving, stir with whisk.
    Sprinkle on nutmeg.
    Makes 1 serving.
