Gaugenetti(An Italian Pastry Usually Prepared At Christmas) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry chick beans, cooked and mashed or 1 can chick beans, drained and mashed
1 c. nuts, chopped (almonds, pecans or walnuts)
1/2 c. grated chocolate or chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. or more cinnamon
honey (enough to moisten mixture)
1 jigger bourbon
Preparation

Blend mixture well.
Food processor blender may be used.
Set aside and prepare pastry.
